Residential Surveyor (Level 2 HomeBuyer)
£60,000 + £5k car allowance Liverpool We’re working with a growing surveying operation focused purely on Level 2 HomeBuyer surveys within the investment sector — supporting portfolio landlords and investors purchasing tenanted stock. This is a fully remote, field-based role with all instructions generated internally (no panel work, no mortgage valuations). Package: Bonus scheme (paid above 8 surveys per week)

Produce clear, high-quality reports using internal systems
Manage a steady workload of up to 8 surveys per week
Work independently within your allocated patch
Deliver same-day reporting and sign-offWhat We’re Looking For: MRICS preferred (strong AssocRICS considered, min 2–2.5 PQE)
Proven experience delivering Level 2 residential surveys
Strong understanding of building pathology (advantageous)
Confident working autonomously in a high-output environment
Strong report writing and organisation skillsAdditional Info: Fully structured, high-volume workflow with consistent instructions
No key collection (access pre-arranged)
