With continued growth across their Audit & Accounts offering, they’re now looking to appoint an Audit & Accounts Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio and help drive the next stage of growth.The RoleThis is a broad and visible position offering a mix of:
- Audit management
- Accounts and advisory work
- Team leadership
- Client relationship management
You’ll work closely with Directors and Partners while managing your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Reviewing statutory accounts and financial statements
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Working closely with business owners and SMEs on wider advisory matters
- Ensuring work is delivered to deadlines and high technical standards
- Supporting wider growth and development across the firm
What They’re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Strong audit and accounts experience within accountancy practice
- Experience managing client relationships and leading assignments
- Comfortable working with SMEs and owner-managed businesses
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Someone who enjoys a collaborative, down-to-earth culture
