The role
As the Registered Manager, youll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and development of the homecreating a safe, stable environment where young people can thrive.
Youll:
Lead and inspire a strong staff team (recruit, train, supervise, develop)
Drive high standards of care, safeguarding and practice
Ensure the home is fully compliant withChildrens Homes RegulationsandQuality Standards
Manage referrals, admissions, care planning and outcomes
Deliver an effective rota and staffing structure that supports stability
Build positive relationships with placing authorities, parents, professionals and stakeholders
Prepare for and lead on Ofsted inspections, audits and continuous improvement
What were looking for
Existing/ExperiencedRegistered Manager
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare(or working towards)
Strong knowledge ofOfstedframeworks and regulatory requirements
Confident in safeguarding, quality assurance, staff performance and occupancy management
A leader who is calm, consistent, child-focused and ambitious for better outcomes
