An established and growing Freight Forwarding company based in the Liverpool area is seeking an experienced Export Freight Forwarder to join their busy operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing export shipments from start to finish
- Preparing and processing export documentation
- Liaising with customers, carriers, hauliers, and overseas agents
- Booking shipments with shipping lines and transport providers
- Monitoring and tracking shipments
- Providing excellent customer service and regular shipment updates
- Handling freight quotations and pricing requests
- Ensuring compliance with customs and international shipping regulations
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within Export Freight Forwarding is essential
- Must have a steady CV
- Strong understanding of export procedures and documentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines effectively
- Positive and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
