Description
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process payment runs in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to address and resolve any payment issues.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar accounting role.
