A proactive mindset is essential, along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities. Experience working with engineers or field-based teams, familiarity with KPI-driven service environments, and knowledge of job management systems such as Joblogic would be advantageous. What you’ll bring You will bring a solutions-focused mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the confidence to operate both independently and as part of a team. You will take pride in delivering high standards of service and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in everything you do. ⚙️ Additional responsibilities You will provide support across the administration team during periods of absence, attend training and development reviews, and maintain high standards of compliance, including health and safety responsibilities. The role may include occasional travel to other sites within the UK or internationally, as well as some weekend working depending on business needs. Why join us? You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team where your work has a real impact. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills, build strong professional relationships, and play a key part in delivering excellent service in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
