About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Service Delivery Officer to support the administration and delivery of key national programs, including the Scholarships Program for Early Childhood (VIC & SA).
As a Service Delivery Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate and compliant administration of our education and scholarship programs. Your day will include:
- Assessing and processing applications and payments under program guidelines
- Responding to email, phone, web and social media enquiries within KPIs
- Providing clear, friendly information to clients across Australia
- Managing inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism
- Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems and data integrity
- Documenting detailed file notes and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
- Working collaboratively as part of an extended service team
- Managing your workload to meet deadlines and performance targets
- Upholding child safety principles and organisational values
