A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major industrial shed development in Liverpool on a long-term contract basis.
We're looking for a commercially sharp QS who can hit the ground running and support the project team across:
? Subcontract Management
? Valuations & Variations
? Cost Reporting
? Procurement
? Commercial Support On Site
Ideal for someone with experience across industrial, civils, groundworks or major construction projects who's looking for flexibility alongside a solid long-term scheme.
