Job Description
About Us
At Raise the Bar we design learning that lifts people up - apprenticeships, leadership development and bespoke programmes that help organisations and the people inside them reach their full potential. We're a fast-paced, ambitious team that cares about excellent delivery.
The Role
If you love organising, sweating the small stuff, and being the glue that holds great learning experiences together - this could be the role for you!
The role is offered as a 4-day working week working Tuesday-Friday (7.5 hours per day - 30 hours per week)
What You'll Be Doing
You will:
- Coordinate apprenticeship and bespoke training workshops - sending invites, updating trackers and consultant planners, managing breaks-in-learning and withdrawals, and keeping resources current on the learner portal.
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery for commercial programmes - issuing consultant contracts, arranging client consultant briefings, and shaping the level of involvement each client wants.
- Process Additional Learning Support assessments, update cohort trackers, brief facilitators ahead of workshops, and help collate learner surveys - keeping delivery inclusive and accessible.
- Provide administrative support - keeping the inboxes organised, responding to learner and client enquiries and generally keeping everything up-to-date and moving forwards
As you can see, we're looking for someone who's used to spinning lots of different plates, so you will likely have:
- Experience in a coordination, operations support, or administrative role
- Experience working with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and shared task systems
- Experience working with a high volume of varied enquiries from multiple sources
- Experience collaborating with important external stakeholders
- Awareness of Additional Learning Support needs, adjustments and implications
- Learning & Development industry experience (desirable)
Skills & Mindset
To thrive in this role, you'll need the following:
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage tasks and expectations.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment where agility matters.
- Professional communication that builds strong rapport with clients and the team.
- Confident managing multiple activities, deadlines and stakeholders at once.
- A can-do, supportive attitude - you're the kind of person people love working with.
- Aligned to our values of Energy, Growth, Collaboration and Innovation.
What You'll Earn
- Base salary: £21,200 per annum (30 hours per week over 4 days)
