TRC The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operativeto join a busy and fast-paced operation within the Logistics sector. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering a permanent contract after a successful 12-week probation period.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Driver Pre-Briefs and De-Briefs, including completing driver documentation
- Completing and maintaining all company documentation accurately
- Communicating with Drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct driver pre-briefs or evening de-briefs as required
- Carry out any reasonable requests from management
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and site risk assessments
- Adhere to company standards regarding timekeeping, attendance, performance, and professional behaviour
- Tipping trailors
- Collection and Delivery
- Use of hand scanners

Working Hours & Pay
- Hours:03:00am 11:30am
- Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
- Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Permanent contract after 12 weeks via the agency)
