This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years’ payroll experience, is comfortable with busy month-end periods, and has strong attention to detail.
You’ll be the go-to person for all payroll matters, covering weekly, monthly and bi-monthly runs, auto-enrolment, and associated administration tasks.

- Handling payroll queries from clients and employees (tax codes, deductions, statutory payments, holiday pay)
- Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation and upcoming changes (including P11D changes this year)
- Liaising with HMRC and pension providers as required
- Finance/admin support as needed (e.g. basic bank statement checks for payroll, maintaining client data, Companies House confirmations)
Senior Payroll Administrator - Benefits:
This is a stable, long-term position where you can genuinely own the payroll function.
Benefits include a friendly, close-knit team, free parking and flexible working arrangements (full time and part-time are both considered as this is a newly created role).
