Territory Manager - Neurosurgery

£50,000–£64,000 + £20k+ uncapped bonus

The Role:
Selling a specialist portfolio of neurosurgery devices, capital equipment and consumables, including innovative surgical technology. You will manage key accounts, identify upsell opportunities and build relationships with neurosurgeons, theatre teams, neurophysiologists, consultants and procurement. Hands-on field role with full product and clinical training provided.

Requirements:
• 3+ years surgical sales experience
• Technical/clinical sales aptitude
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

• £50k–£64k basic
