About the Home
This purpose-built luxury nursing home offers a calm, welcoming environment with thoughtfully designed facilities that promote comfort, dignity and independence. The home prides itself on delivering outstanding person-centred care within a warm and supportive community atmosphere.
Youll be supported by an experienced Operations Manager and an established internal leadership team including a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, nursing staff, administrator, hospitality and housekeeping teams.
The Role
As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day and strategic leadership of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance, occupancy and operational performance.
You will lead from the front, inspire your team and create a positive culture where residents and staff thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing care team
- Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality clinical standards
- Drive occupancy and oversee commercial performance
- Manage budgets effectively and achieve financial targets
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
- Champion a culture of kindness, dignity and person-centred care
- Support continuous improvement with a focus on achieving Outstanding standards
About You
Were looking for a passionate and commercially aware leader who has:
- Previous experience managing a nursing home
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations
- A proven track record of achieving high-quality outcomes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience driving occupancy and business performance
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
- NMC registration preferred
