About the Home

Youll be supported by an experienced Operations Manager and an established internal leadership team including a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, nursing staff, administrator, hospitality and housekeeping teams.

The Role

As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day and strategic leadership of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance, occupancy and operational performance.

You will lead from the front, inspire your team and create a positive culture where residents and staff thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing care team
  • Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality clinical standards
  • Drive occupancy and oversee commercial performance
  • Manage budgets effectively and achieve financial targets
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
  • Champion a culture of kindness, dignity and person-centred care
  • Support continuous improvement with a focus on achieving Outstanding standards

About You

Were looking for a passionate and commercially aware leader who has:

  • Previous experience managing a nursing home
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations
  • A proven track record of achieving high-quality outcomes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience driving occupancy and business performance
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
  • NMC registration preferred
