Puro Associates are currently seeking a highly motivated Practice Accountant to join an established firm, in their Southport office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.
About the Role:
- Manage your own varied portfolio of SME and owner managed clients
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with your clients
- Lead client meetings and be the main point of contact
- Prepare and review end of year accounts for sole-traders, limited companies and partnerships
- Prepare corporate tax returns and provide tax planning
- Review work from junior members of staff
- Directly support directors
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- ACCA or ACA Qualified
- 5+ years practice experience essential
- Experience with Xero
- Excellent organisational abilities & great attention to detail
- Able to manage a portfolio of clients
