Key Responsibilities * Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications * Fabricate metal components including cutting, drilling, bending, forming, and assembling * Perform MIG, TIG, and/or MMA welding to required quality standards * Carry out positional welding where required (vertical, overhead, etc.) * Inspect completed welds for structural integrity, accuracy, and conformance What the Employer is Looking For * Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder in a workshop or engineering environment * Confident ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Strong fabrication skills: cutting, measuring, forming, and assembling * Good working knowledge of workshop tools and machinery * High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to producing quality work What's on Offer * £33,000 competitive basic salary * Company performance bonus * Comprehensive health and well-being packages * Excellent company pension scheme * A stable, permanent role with a highly respected and long-standing business Interested?
