Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Runcorn on a long-term basis starting ASAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience and build a career within education. Previous school experience is desirable but not essential - we are keen to hear from candidates with transferable experience working with children or young people.
The successful candidate will:* Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis* Help create a positive and engaging learning environment* Build strong relationships with pupils and staff* Support students with additional needs where required* Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom duties
We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, proactive and eager to learn Confident working with children and young people Calm, patient and approachable Passionate about making a difference in education Able to commit to a full-time long-term role
