Production Operative – Liverpool
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative – Liverpool to join our well-established client based in Wavertree, Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term ongoing work, weekly pay, no weekend working, and genuine opportunities for progression within a busy and supportive manufacturing environment.
This role would also suit candidates who have previously worked as a Production Operative, Factory Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Machine Operative, Assembly Operative, Warehouse Operative, or General Operative.
Shifts
• Monday to Thursday – 07:45am – 17:30pm
• Friday – 07:45am – 12:00pm
• No weekend working
• Early finish every Friday
Rates of Pay
• £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
• Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading raw materials into machines
• Removing finished products from production lines
• Heavy lifting of materials and products up to 25kg
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Working towards daily production targets as part of a team
Essential Skills
As a Production Operative, you will need to:
• Be available to work the required shift pattern
• Have a good level of Maths and English
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be reliable and hardworking
• Be willing to learn and develop new skills
• Work well individually and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience working within a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment would be beneficial
• Experience operating machinery would be advantageous but is not essential
Training Provided
• Full industry-related training provided
• Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment
