We're looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join the Auger team based at our head office in Wallasey. Our total package is worth £28,267.05

Financials
- Starting Salary - £24,784.50 (for over 21 year olds)
- Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500
- 5.5% Pension Contribution
Working Hours
- Full Time – 37.5hrs per week

The Role
- Part of a team responsible for scheduling appointments for our 150+ nationwide engineers.
- Call to appointments to book
- Action inbound emails
- Liase with engineers /suppliers to co-ordinate appointments

- Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling you to convey information clearly and professionally
- A capable multi-tasker, who can handle inbound / outbound phone calls, and complete follow up actions, without compromising on quality
- A passion for customer care and an empathetic approach
- Strong teamwork attributes and a desire to help colleagues
- Ability to adapt your approach to suit different customer circumstances, and think quickly to resolve their problems calmly
- Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
