Job Summary
We are looking for highly experienced and skilled Event Baristas to work across a variety of events and hospitality venues in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. This role is suited to confident baristas who can work in fast-paced environments, deliver exceptional customer service, and consistently produce high-quality coffee to a professional standard.
You will work at a range of events including corporate functions, festivals, stadiums, weddings, private events, pop-ups, cafés, and hospitality venues. Flexibility, reliability, and strong coffee knowledge are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks to a consistently high standard
- Confidently operate commercial coffee machines and grinders
- Texture milk correctly and produce excellent latte art
- Deliver outstanding customer service in busy event environments
- Set up and maintain clean, organised coffee stations
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Follow all food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures
- Support wider hospitality teams where required
- Adapt quickly to different venues, event styles, and customer demands
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ barista experience preferred
- Must be highly confident working on professional espresso machines
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and extraction
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience within events or high-volume hospitality is highly desirable
