The main purpose of the role is to assist the Customer Service Assistant and help with the smooth running of the central office function.
The apprentice will be expected to work closely with colleagues across the business whilst learning and assisting with all administrative duties associated with a small business.

Working closely with colleagues across the business (in particular the After Sales & Customer Service Coordinator and Engineers) the apprentice will learn all aspects of customer service and sales order administration in a small and friendly office environment.

The apprentice will report support the After Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to ensure Cyclone continues to provide its customer with the highest standards of service.

The apprentice will initially report directly to the Managing Director but will work alongside the After Sales & Customer Service Coordinator.

  • Remote apprenticeship with master classes, held online or in person.
