The role requires physical labour tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, assisting with the set-up/close-down of work areas, the ability to take direction/instruction to ensure safe working standards, and the ability to work as a team. This role will be predominately a labouring position.

  • The role requires physical labour tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, assisting with the set-up / close-down of work areas, the ability to take direction/instruction to ensure safe working standards and the ability to work as a team in briefing 
  • Gaining new skills via a multidisciplinary approach (Roofing, Joinery, Pointing, Labouring and much more)
  • The individual will be part of a close-knit team gaining invaluable skills when working amongst a team, client care, and professional relationships within the workforce
  • Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Apprentice will attend our construction centre based in Kirkdale 1 day a week

 

  • A permanent position will be considered post apprenticeship
